Job Responsibilities
•	Create visually pleasing designs and ensure that illustrations align with brand identity guidelines. Use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic 
•	Participate in design and marketing briefs with your team members to identify and meet with their design needs 
•	Brainstorm with the marketing team to come up with new ideas on needed graphics, and follow through task delivery 
•	Stay up-to-date with new design techniques and software 
•	Execute designs for different digital media platforms/ traditional media platforms, both motion graphics and still images, as required 
•	Create designs for web pages, brochures, banners and other communication materials.  
•	Produce design drafts for review and make revisions based on the feedbacks received when needed.  
•	Review final productions for errors and ensure that final prints reflect brand guidelines  
•	Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for product designs 
•	Use various colors, graphics and effects to better visualize design concepts 
•	Brainstorm with the product designer when needed to ensure brand consistency across boards


Job Requirements
•	Proven graphic designing experience 
•	A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics 
•	Familiarity with design software and technologies 
•	A keen eye for aesthetics and details 
•	Layout skills & Analytical skills
•	Creativity & Flexibility
•	Excellent communication skills 
•	Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines 
•	Degree in Design, Arts or related field is a plus
